The team will head to Lithgow on Sunday 14th April for round 2 of the NSW 4SS Thundersport Tour presented by GoRace Promotions.
Fresh off a promising start at round 1 in Canberra in March, the team are confident of improving after starting the series with zero testing. With only a 3 minute warmup prior to qualifying, we were chasing all aspects of setup during the heat races and finding our way with gearing and tyre pressures.
The pace of the front runners showed a distinct advantage to testing and although pleased with the overall performance at round 1, we are confident of a stronger performance at round 2.
The 16 kart field at round 1 was impressive but we are expecting over 20 4SS karts in Lithgow so running at the front will not be easy and qualifying will be more important than ever.
