We have just had these 2 Torini powered karts delivered for repairs. One kart has had just 4 hours of run time, the other 7 hours.
Unfortunately the owners are first time karters and their first experience hasn't been great. They have been riddled with problems to the point they are ready sell up.
It must be stressed the Torini Clubaxx 210 engines themselves have been fine but the workmanship on the install and some clutch issues have kept their hands in their pockets and spending substantial amounts of money on parts not helping and not required.
4 Stroke karting is meant to be simple, low maintenance and cost effective. Poor workmanship, poor service and poor value is not going to take this sport forward.
Lets hope we can get these boys back on the track and keep bums in seats.
